Whitelisting Our IP Addresses with Gmail

To ensure reliable and uninterrupted email delivery from our servers, we kindly request that you add our IP addresses to your Gmail (Google Workspace) allowlist.

Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to complete this configuration via your Google Admin Console:


Step 1: Log in to Admin Console

Open your browser and go to:
? https://admin.google.com

Sign in with your Google Workspace Super Admin account.

Step 2: Go to Gmail Settings

From the home screen, click on:

Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail

Then select:
Spam, Phishing and Malware
(You may need to scroll to find it)

Step 3: Select Organizational Unit (OU)

On the left panel, choose the Organizational Unit (OU) where you want to apply the settings.

Usually, this is your primary domain.

Step 4: Configure the Email Allowlist

Scroll down to find the Email allowlist section.

Click Configure (if it’s the first time) or Edit (if already set up).

In the field that appears, enter each IP range on a new line:

65.36.196.128/25
208.112.24.160/28

Step 5: Save and Apply

Click Save.

Changes will apply to your domain, typically within 1–24 hours.
